Information that is collected by MCADD :

General

MCADD will require you to provide us with certain information about yourself when you request us to do design work for you or if you request other products and/or services.  MCADD also collects information from you when you respond to requests for feedback sent to our email address or answering service.

The information that is collected may include information from which you may be personally identified ("Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII"), such as name, postal address, telephone number, fax number and e-mail address, and also may include certain business information, such as employer name, occupation, job function, job title and buying information (e.g., preferences or history).  The only Personal Identifiable Information that will be collected is by you sending them to MCADD in the form of emails.  We do from time to time explore other internet sites to get (PII) about you or your business for billing reasons. 

Automatic Data Collection :

When you visit this Site, MCADD may collect the IP address of your computer.

We also automatically record other information that identifies your computer to this Site and tracks your behavior on the Site. For example, We may record how many times you visit this Site, if you have copied or saved images (right click, save image as), your navigation within the Site and monitor each page you view. This information is collected for our own use. We also may use your information to better understand the needs of our Users and to improve this Site. For example, we may use this information to determine what portions of the Site are most popular and the general location where those who surf our web site are located. MCADD does not use clear GIF images.  A clear GIF is a small graphic image, typically used in connection with cookies, that is placed on a web site or in an email message. A clear GIF can monitor certain user behavior, such as your usage of the web site, whether you opened an email message or whether you clicked on a URL in an email message.   If you see an image attached in your email it will not be a clear GIF image.

MCADD uses Personally Identifiable Information that is collected on this Site for the following purposes:

• To respond to your inquiries and contact you about changes to your design.
• To provide you with e-mail, and other notices and inquiries regarding your account and the services that you are receiving, and for billing and collection purposes.

MCADD may use IP addresses to help diagnose problems with the server or to administer this Site. We may also use IP addresses to help identify a User during a particular session and to gather data regarding the use of this Site.

We will not disclose your information to anyone outside of MCADD, except as described in this section.

MCADD sometimes engage third parties to perform services for us, including in connection with this Site, that require us to disclose Users' Personally Identifiable Information to them. The only other times MCADD may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information collected on this Site are as follows:

• We may disclose your Personally Identifiable Information with your consent, as well as when disclosure is necessary to accomplish the purpose for which you need.  Example, if you want us to create another set of prints and send them to a log home manufacturer they will need to know who is the owner of the plans and what number to call to contact for estimates, etc.

MCADD uses reasonable security safeguards to protect Personally Identifiable Information that is collected on this Site and each personal computer from unauthorized access, use, modification or disclosure. However, due to the design of the Internet and other factors outside of our control, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and our server will be free from unauthorized access by third parties.

Right to Access and Change Information :

You may update information that you previously submitted to this Site by sending an email to us.
